I’ve been where you arE, and it’s why I do this.

Hi, I’m Thea, and if the above resonated, you’re exactly where I was not long ago.

I felt like my motivation had vanished overnight. I couldn’t stick to any routine, kept falling back into habits that left me feeling worse, and couldn’t explain the constant headaches, gut issues, mood swings, or the fog that seemed to follow me everywhere.

I went to doctor after doctor, ran the tests, asked the questions, and kept hearing the same thing: “We don’t know what’s wrong.”

Then everything shifted when I stopped treating my health in isolation.

Instead of jumping from symptom to symptom, I started looking at my life as a whole: my diet, nervous system, relationships, morning routines, friendships, career, even the way I spoke to myself.


Bit by bit, I started to heal. Not through drastic overhauls, but by reconnecting to myself and addressing what had been overlooked for far too long. Slowly, the fog lifted, and I began to feel like me again.

Vibrant, positive, and ready to say yes to the things and people that bring me joy.

NOW I HELP OTHERS DO THE SAME.

Today, I work with people who are ready to stop settling for ‘just getting by’ and start living with energy, clarity, and confidence again.

 

Through 1:1 coaching, educational events, and having created London's most impactful wellness community, I help my clients build sustainable habits, understand their bodies, and reconnect with what truly makes them feel good. Not just for a week, but for life.
